Hotel

The hotel has 23 rooms, therefore:
8 double (bedrooms), only one of them has a terrace overlooking the lake, the rest are without terraces;
5 double rooms (with two single beds) – they do not have terraces
2 triple rooms – one with three single beds and one with one bedroom and one single bed (both without terraces)
6 family rooms (two bedrooms) – for example for families with children; three of them have terraces, overlooking the lake, the rest are without terraces
1 apartment for 4 people, which has two bedrooms in two separate rooms, with a shared bathroom; no terrace
1 apartment for 5 people, which has two separate rooms – in one room there is a bedroom and a single bed, and in the other room there is only a bedroom, with a shared bathroom; there is a terrace overlooking the lake

In addition to the hotel part, the complex also has Villa Ezeroto, which has 6 independent double rooms (bedrooms) with their own bathroom. The rooms of the Villa do not share a room with other guests. Each of the rooms has a terrace with a table and two chairs. Two of the rooms are slightly larger and more spacious than the other four, and these rooms have a coffee table with a small sofa.
Villa Ezeroto is located near the pools and has its own parking.

In the entire complex (including in the rooms) the hot water is mineral.

The capacity of the complex is 75 people.

There is no air conditioning in the rooms. Each room has a TV, fridge, thermos kettle, tea, instant nescafe and mineral water corresponding to the room type; these things are compliments of the hotel and are included in the room rate.
Disposable bathrobes and slippers are provided to guests for a fee at reception. Irons and hair dryers are also available to guests upon request at no extra charge.
There is wireless internet throughout the complex.

The complex has a restaurant, a small gym, two swimming pools (outdoor), two jacuzzis (one outdoor and one indoor) with warm mineral water. The indoor jacuzzi is only open during the winter period, and the one outdoor pool and the outdoor jacuzzi are open all year round. Other facilities available at the complex are a solarium, a sauna and a hot tub (for an additional fee).

The restaurant consists of 3 halls and a garden, with a total capacity of 150 people.

The complex has a parking lot, a playground and a zoo. The complex provides the opportunity to ride boats and pedal boats in the lake during the summer season.
